30-Day Return Guarantee:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Process:

Initiate Return: Contact our customer support team at info@drystride.ca to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Receive Return Label: We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Please print and attach this label to your package.

Send Back Item(s): Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier location.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please specify the new size, color, or product you would like. We will ship the exchange item(s) to you at no additional cost.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover any shipping costs.

International Returns:

For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
