Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:

We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Certain items, such as undergarments and custom-made products, are not eligible for refunds.

How to Request a Refund:

Contact Us: To initiate a refund, please reach out to our customer support team at info@drystride.ca with your order number and reason for the return.

Return Shipping: We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Please print and attach this label to your package and drop it off at your nearest shipping carrier location.

Processing Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Non-Refundable Items:

For health and safety reasons, items such as undergarments and custom-made products are not eligible for refunds.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover any shipping costs.

International Refunds:

For international refunds, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
